OTS Audio

Not a good experience. The installer broke one of the clips on the center pieces where they ran the usb cable and didn’t say anything. When I asked about it, they just said it will stay like that because of the cable. It wasn’t cheap for the radio or their installation fee. I brought my car to them for a professional install and did not receive that at all. I called them to explain what happened and they acted like they were going to order the piece, yet I have not gotten any update or status. I called after two plus weeks and still have not heard back. I will order the piece myself and waste the $20 just to give an accurate review.

I was wanting a front and rear camera installed in my car. After researching various businesses, I went with OTS based on their reviews and location. They were very attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. Jacob took time to explain the possible options for the location of the cameras. He also did a beautiful and very professional job. I would highly recommend OTS.

The best car stereo system business out. They don’t just try to sell you anything, they match whatever you’re looking for with what you already have, and if you come in needing the whole set up, best believe they got you covered. The same audio they sell, is the same audio they have in their own cars! Everyone there is very knowledgeable and knows what’s needed for a clean sound. Highly recommend!!!

I have an older model BMW that I wanted to upgrade the receiver. Wasn’t sure if that would be possible, but OTS made it happen. Special thanks to Chris, I know it wasn’t an easy install.
